Our DIY MUD\WTR Recipe (Makes ~100 Servings)
This simple mix brings rich flavor, clean energy, and cognitive support — without the caffeine crash or stomach upset. Once prepped, you’ll just need 1 tablespoon per serving.
☕ Flavor Note: Drinking this is like sipping a spicy hot chocolate — earthy, warming, and deeply satisfying. We’ve found that using 2.5 cups of cacao powder is the sweet spot for the perfect balance of richness and depth.

🌿 Ingredients for Dry Mix
3.5 oz Blue Lotus Masala Chai
2-3 cups Organic Cocoa Powder (2.5 cups is our preferred amount for flavor)
½ cup Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder
1 cup Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
1 cup Organic Turmeric Root Powder
⅛ cup Himalayan Sea Salt (optional – skip if sodium-sensitive)
🧠 Note: These are functional mushrooms (like Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, etc.). There are no psychedelic effects — just adaptogens that support mood, focus, and energy.
☕ How to Make a Cup
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of the dry MUD/WTR mix into your mug.
- Add 1 tablespoon of your preferred add-on, such as:
- Vanilla MCT oil (for creaminess + brain fuel)
- Laird Superfood Creamer
- Palm sugar or sweetener (optional — we usually skip it)
- Add 4 oz of warmed coconut milk.
